Voulla and her staff are the most polite people that I have ever dealt with in the industry. They always serve me with a smile and put up with my silly questions. I have been a client for over 10 years. I have a self managed super fund and Voulla looks after our personal tax returns. She always returns my calls and emails on the same day. I find the service of a high quality and value for service compares to no one else in town. I would not hesitate in recommending Voulla to anyone looking for a pleasant experience when preparing their tax returns and we all know how boring that can be.
They seem to have fallen off the planet lately.nI've been trying to get hold of them for the past two months.nI've paid them to lodge my tax return for 2019 tax year, yes I am very late, but I've signed everything they asked me to in November 2020, taken my money, $1,300.00 way back in November 2020 also and I found out about 7 weeks ago now they have not lodged anything for me. Their phone number is now disconnected and no one answers their emails anymore.
Incredibly unprofessional accountant. Definitely do not use. Ignores emails, rude, stay away. The good reviews you see on google are clearly friends and family of hers.
