Awesome service and advice! I came in to get my tax return done and although the outcome was not what I was expecting (Out of their control - it was a mistake from previous employer), the Accountant was very informative and provided advice to ensure it doesn't happen again next time. I've been to other Accountants and things weren't explained properly but Tax Basics went through the nitty gritty thoroughly. Happy with their service :)

Terrible experience. So rude and unprofessional. He was rushing to finish the session (took less than 10 mins) and didn't even claim basic expenses everyone know. Total waste of money and we had to do it again.nnIf you want to do your tax with an accountant defiantly find someone knows his job and takes responsibility of what he does.

Great service, really quick processing times for me. They do get very busy so it would be wise to make an appointment and do expect to wait.
