Thank you Kate for offering such informative and practical advice & guidance on next steps forwards to focus on to get me started on the journey of separation and divorce. There was no pressure to engage Kate's services, rather she listened carefully to my situation and offered realistic guidance and options. Divorce /separation is highly emotional and in a few conversations she was able to help me see situations more clearly and get focused on where to best spend my time, money and energy.
Kate was the mediatior for my divorce and pareting plan, and I would highly recommended her. She is very soft but objective, she made me feel comfortable and safe during the mediation and a matter that was on for more than a year she helped me during the mediation to resolve.nShe is extremely professional and put the child interest first.

Kate is not only extremely professional, highly experienced and skilled in her immediate field but, having had an extensive background and understanding of other very important and relevant fields such as law enables her to give focused, clear and concise advice. She is sharp, straightforward and problem- solving. She focused me in a way that two law firms could not do In a very short time. Not only is she incredibly professional but she also manages to be kind, and caring which unfortunately I have found in very few in this industry and she actually listens. I couldn’t recommend Kate enough for mediation and for any type of services, advice or support regarding situations requiring mediation.
Its hard to articulate how uniquely supportive and authentic working with Kate Clark was, turning a hurtful upsetting set of circumstances into an enthusiastic agreement of understanding between different personalities. I think she should run for Prime Minister. Being effective at nurturing challenging mindsets and shifting them to healthy equal expressions of perspectives is truly a gift that Kate masters in a suit or in her polkadot dress.
