Instead, they spent time looking for the problem and in this case, gave it back to me after a small adjustment and some advice on how to use the saw a little differently.nCharged me a few dollars for labour and that's it.nReally impressed with their honesty and service.nThanks so much.

What a service, we purchased our Husqvarna 572-xp chainsaw and the lad attending to us was so knowledgeable and polite it was just a delight in dealing with them. He even made sure the chainsaw was filled with oil/fuel and did a pre-delivery for us while we waited :) Definitely will be back for our farm needs :)
