Me and my partner had lovely tea Sunday night... The steak and garlic potato was delicious... Also the chicken was very nice. Dessert was also delicious. Customer service was warm and friendly. Her name was Caitlin she had a lovely smile and friendly manner about her. We will come back again... Our room is very comfortable.

I found the Hotel Chancellor, extremely considerate and friendly. Making sure all my needs were met. The room was gorgeous, very elegant. The bed was extremely comfortable. The food was delicious. Id give them a 5/5 as my rating for the whole experience. Thankyou. For such a lovely stay.!

We provided feedback directly to the hotel and asked for them to contact us. They didn't so here goes. The room with a spa was lovely (although the coffee machine didn't work) and that is where the joy ended. When we arrived, they mentioned the complimentary car park. Pity, as we had caught the train in as the park was going to cost $20 extra. Nevermind. We did our research and specifically chose a hotel with a heated indoor pool. It was freezing. Nearly as cold as the service. Imagine getting in your bathers, ready for a swim to find it was like ice. Back to our room we went. Deflated. We paid extra for the indulgence package- dinner and breakfast. That night we got dressed up and went downstairs to find the restaurant was closed. Said they would open it for us, but no license so no alcohol. How disappointing. We again returned to our room and got room service. The food was disgusting. Heated frozen goods from supermarket, I'm sure. Mccains crinkle cut chips at a guess. Breakfast the next morning was missing half of the items mentioned. Was poor and cold. This was a special occasion for us and feel let down. Maybe we will get a reply this time.

The room was beautiful. Bed was so comfy but the bathroom was dangerous. They said it was a disabled bathroom . But the water went everywhere when you turned the shower on. You should up grade this.
