Kilmore Palace Chinese Restaurant

DO NOT EAT IN! - RIP OFF! AND SMALL PORTIONS VS TAKEAWAY.nnWe have been take away customers from this restaurant for a couple of years now and decided to finally dine in.nnThe dine in pricing and portion sizes vs takeaway is nearly 3 times the price.nnI can understand paying for dine in service but the difference here is just far too disconnected compared to takeaway.nnOn top of the dine in pricing disappointment the portion sizes were smaller.nnI passed on my disappointment /opinion to staff who got defensive instead of taking on board.nnNo wonder why takeaway packs / pick-ups were flying out the door vs us being the only family eating in.nnWe won't be eating in again.

I have loved this place for years. I used to go on dates there 30 years ago!nLast time I got food poisoning this time I was charged an extra $3 for 4.5 champignons. .nI've never been charged extra before. .nDone now

Ordered banquet B and was very happynWas more food than expectednFood tasted greatnHad who I assume was the manager coming around regularly to check up on us and see if we needed anything.nnWhat was the cherry on top was the little additions like hand sanitiser on the table.

Hands down the WORST food experience of my life. The staff at this restaurant were absolutely horrible. I was told on the phone my take away order would be 15 minutes. I waited in the restaurant for nearly an hour and asked politely multiple times where my order was and was told it was on its way. I even asked if the order sitting behind the counter was mine later to be told it wasn't and that it won't be much longer. After the staff finally asked me what i ordered, they discovered the food that was sitting on the counter the whole time was mine. The staff then started carrying on like it was my fault raising their voices at me.nnTo the owners of this store, i hope you know my family and friends who live in the surrounding Kilmore area will never step foot inside your restaurant again. You have your waitress staff to thank for that.
