Not open so hard to rate it
Amazing place for young children.
I'm a student and I love coming here to study after school, can get a little busy at times though. The upstairs space is usually very quiet while I'm studying. Also the internet is quick enough and free so that's nice.
Everyone complaining about the noise doesn't realise that libraries are just as much community hubs as they are study spaces. Ivanhoe Library does their best to segregate the space by use - they have quiet upstairs study spaces as well as more liberal downstairs areas. The computer rooms are a godsend - I spent so much time there applying for jobs that I wouldn't have been able to reach as I didn't have a computer at home at that time.
Frankly, I'd take a little noise over being unemployed again.
Computers are good for public access, but you have enough time to read at least one library book while they boot up after login, and then open the internet....
