Today I visited this car wash for the first time since I recently moved to here. The workers were really nice and polite. My car was really dirty since I dont have time to clean it. After my car wash it was just like brand new. I would recommend to my friends and family too, the wash is worth the prize

Do not recommend. Paid for a detail, clay bar etc Car looks like it was quickly washed and a quick detailer spray. Spots on car not even washed! Ripped off, definitely do not recommend.

I'm giving 1 star as that is the minimum. We have been going to this carwash in Midland for years. Both my wifes car and my car. My dog had an accident in the back seat on a sheet. Extremely runny. The poor dog panicked, as I was loading some goods onto my trailer and walked throughout my vehicle. There was poo everywhere. The smell was horrendous. I pulled my front seat out that night and pressure cleaned them. Took my car to Star Car Wash to get inside and out detailed. When I picked it up , I looked inside and immediately noticed the back windows had not been touched as there was still poo over it. Then I pointed out some on the rear door trim. This cost me $340. As I was driving home I took off from a set of lights and the dash mat came off the dash. They had remove the Velcro patches off the dash to hold it in place. When I got home I went to fix it to the dash and noticed they had torn the dash mat as they ripped it off instead of easing it off the Velcro. I sent them a message. Went and saw them and they're telling me it was already torn. They are the only people who have ever taken it off. They obviously don't care if you a long time customer.
