Helpful and very knowledgeable sales staff.

Staff are friendly & helpful if the “locals” aren’t pushing in in front of you.nWaited at cash register (no one was there), after some minutes someone came to the trade counter & called me over (item & correct cash in hand) but before I could weave through the barricades a “local” pushed in with three items & then started asking advice.nHe then turned around (I must have sighed too loudly) & started abusing me (mostly about NOT being a local) calling me terrible names.nAs 68 yo feeling threatened I couldn’t get out of there quick enough!nObviously only hardware for locals - stay away unless you are prepared to be roundly abused after having to wait for service.
