Disappointed. I came here with my vegetarian sister. She ordered a Plant Chicken halloumi burger, as well as a chocolate mousse. We sat down, and about 5-10 minutes later our food arrived. We both looked at her burger, and thought the patty looked very chicken-like. Neither of us had seen it before, and thought it looked quite interesting since it looked so real.nShe took a few bites and was convinced it couldn’t be the fake chicken. Not long after the staff member came back, and told us it was indeed real chicken, and took it back to the kitchen. My sister was distraught. She was soon in tears and ran to the bathroom to throw up. They gave her a refund, and a new burger, however it’s 30 minutes on and she’s still in emotional distress.nI understand that these mistakes happen sometimes, and I appreciate the refund and apology, however I hoped there would be better processes in place to prevent things like this happening. We won’t be going to this Nandos, or any in fact, for a very long time.
