Dont go there. My father is an elderly gentleman aged over 90 years old. He is profoundly deaf and is a diabetic. He was sold an automatic watch that cannot keep time. He cannot use it and its not fit for purpose. A waste of $1000. The Manager refused to assist in a refund.

Do not purchase anything from Mazzucchellis. My wife purchased a longine watch 25/9/2020 , was a birthday present for me, I wore it on 1/11 2020, it didn't work, it needed a new batteries and to be waterproofed again, returned it to the shop, the watch had to go to the repairs, they sent the watch off on the 5/11/2020 , phoned 6/12 to enquire what had happened, they gave me the repairers phone no. The repairers said the watch had been sitting there because the store has sent the wrong warrenty, they informed me it would take another 5 weeks. I have had no contact from the store. When I phoned them and asked for a refund they refused. They said a manager would phone , I am still waiting 16/12.

Bought a wonderful watch from the Burnside store. Went to get it serviced within the 2 year warrantee from the same store. I was charged a service fee and then repair fee because I hadn’t brought the warrantee card. I had not been told I needed this at any point even though I told them it was the first two year service, I had bought it from them, and told them it was in warrantee - this cost me over $500.nI will never be buying anything from them again, rubbish service I would not recommend them to anyone.
