Had to wait to be served. Initially only 1 server with 4 to 5 people waiting. Good service and didn't feel rushed when i was served. Good range of stock

The staff here are lovely & very helpful. I took a ring in to get polished before Christmas as well as purchasing some gifts, and I accidentally left my ring behind. Sure enough, the sales assistant chased me down through the shopping centre so she could return it! It’s rare to find that sort of customer service nowadays, but I was elated when that happened.

Maddi was an absolute delight at the Burnside Village store. She helped with and exchange and replacement without any fuss. She just wanted to help. And, it's my birthday so she made my day. Thank you Maddi.
