If I could give less than 1 star, I absolutely would!nPost delivery care, communication and professionalism is just straight out the driveway with you when buying a car.nNot only was the contract set up COMPLETELY WRONG even though being given the correct information on multiple occasions; they still continue to take money from me on the wrong direct debit day even though being told over and over that it would be fixed after going backwards and forwards with both the dealership and the bank. I was finally told on Friday (after already owning the car for over a month) that the contract would be deleted and resubmitted with the correct info. After being promised a call back, do you think they called me back?! NOPE they just continued to take money. I should have known it was a bad idea when the service book was completely blank on delivery with not even the dealership info being filled out. PLUS being promised a service before collection and well I think you can see where I'm going with this.. NO SERVICE WAS CONDUCTED.nI have brought a few cars and this is by far the worst experience.nIf Stillwell management is reading this, PLEASE tell Con from the Unley SA branch to CALL ME!
