Unprofessional staff! One man was sitting on the drive through counter and having coffee while I came to say hello and wanted to order food. He glanced up me and continue having his coffee! I waited in front of counter until a lady staff came up and she helped me. This made me feel so uncomfortable, and I wonder such big company did not require staff to care and show respecting to customers?

Never get orders right, don’t take out/add things when specifically asked and leave out things that are already meant to be in the meal. Very disappointing
