Lara’s Yin Yoga is an absolute must for busy people needing some me time! The poses do wonders for stress levels, sore muscles but it’s also the atmosphere - on the whole it’s something I find myself craving every week! Lara introduced “yin” yoga into my life and now there is no looking back! Xx
