Troy installed a new hot water system for us last week and also installed some extra valves for us today as our old ones were leaking. He did a fantastic job and didn’t try and up sell us on anything we didn’t need (which is hard to find these days!). We would not hesitate to recommend him to our family and friends as well as our local community (which we have done several times already). If ever we need anything plumbing related in the future, we will not hesitate to call Troy. Great service at a great price :)

T and R west Plumbing were absolutely brilliant....as a single mother I made contact with this company in regards to a kitchen plumbing issue I had and not only was he extremely helpful, but he was also very professional and polite and was able to come out to my residence asap and fixed the problem quickly and with great precision, definitely a company with very reasonable pricing and provides a fantastic and satisfactory service. I had disgustingly blocked outside drains and Troy came by, smile on his dial, unblocked the drain and was happy for the chat about dogs, and what had blocked the drains. Highly recommend Troy to do the ‘dirty’ work for you.nToldnHim he will be our plumber for ongoing work when needed.

Highly recommend Troy's work. We were referred to Troy and needed a replacement hot water system. This wasn't an urgent job. Troy asked questions to ensure he was providing a quote that suited our needs & didn't try to oversell unnecessary items. His communication was great, he was on time, the house was left clean afterwards and all of the relevant council paperwork was submitted timely. He was polite and friendly and clearly cares about his customers; the whole package - quality work with good customer service. Will definitely use Troy service's again for any plumbing needs that we have and happily recommending him.
