Steel Tree Seafood Bar & Grill

Making the portion look big is easy to do with chips and salad but really making the meal enjoyable takes skill and generally quality produce. It was quite a bland, slapped together meal with no real substance. I found this interesting as Xylem and sunsets are both great and the owner was apparently the personal chef of Ms Reinhart. In my opinion this venue needs serious work.

Came here for Mother’s Day.nnGranted this is a busy day for businesses. Ordered our food at 1250pm and got told food will be a half hour wait.nnWe sat and watched other tables (4) get served food all of these had ordered after us. Chased up the meals twice both times got told the meals were being plated up.nnFood arrived 1.10hr later....chips had a hair in them and the food was bland. Very disappointing- won’t be coming back to this place. The other SteelTree places are great.nnWould not have minded the poor service if the Resturant offered a round of drinks or a discount - but they didn’t.

Wouldn’t come here again, had to wait 1.10hr for meals after being told of a 30min wait; even then only 2 out of 5 meals came. After asking how much longer for the other meals, we were told they were being plated up. Kids meal came 10 minutes later and we still waited on 2 more meals. 1 more came and finally after asking again the last meal came 10 minutes later with a hair in the chips!! Very disappointed.all we got was a verbal apology
