Beautiful venue, great atmosphere, amazing and friendly staff. We dined at Xylem and got looked after by Leah. She has a beautiful smile and made us feel welcome. We stayed in Rockingham last weekend and we went to Xylem initially just for a drink. When I saw a couple of the meals come out to a table we decided to eat there and what a delight.nAll our selections (4 in total) were amazing.nBeautifully presented and taste was amazing.nThe Goats cheese spring rolls probably the top pick but all meals were outstanding.nStaff were so friendly and helpful and a small bill misdemeanor was sorted immediately and with great remorse even though not a big deal to me.nGo there and have a meal and drinks. You will not regret it.

What a find, they certainly did a great job with the menu and the produce. Stands out from all the rest. Great food , staff and ambience. Don't change a thing.

Xylem never disappoints. You cannot fault the drinks, food, the friendly service and atmosphere. The Dark & Stormy is my new favourite cocktail and was very fitting for the occasion after last night’s thunder storms! Xylem is definitely a Rocky gem!
