One of my regular bubble tea places. The tea is always really nice, and they have a great range of flavours for much less than the big bubble tea chains. The staff are very nice too.nnHaven't tried food from Teaz for allergy reasons, but I can assure you the tea is worth it.

Below average sushi. Walked past it a million times since I can remember for my entire life, and I figured it's still there so they must be doing something right. Wrong. Way better sushi if you know where to look

Best bubble tea. Staff are so nice and both the young ladys and guy remember my and my order every time I come back. Try the apple milk tea with lychee jelly. Its the absolute best and i buy it by the dozens... literally i take home with me like 10 teaz without ice each time i go here. Perfect

Highly disappointing experience at teaz, had some cold rolls that were not wrapped properly so when you ate them they were lanky and just fell apart, worse part though was the chicken tasted like it was cooked about 2 or 3 days earlier or they had overcooked it as it was so dry that i reckon if you were to throw a piece on the ground it would bounce back up and hit you in the face. Sushi was skinny and tasteless and for the same amount of money you are paying for teaz product you can go to other nicer sushi shops around town and get a product that is four times as good LITERALLY. Trust me there are heaps of better sushi bars around town
