The owner here is so bright and happy and they always go the extra mile with their customers. They even make sure that the chocolate in their cappuccinos is dairy free for those who don't have diary. Honestly one of the best customer experiences I've ever had in my life. Plus coffee is amazing.
Smooth, strong, well made coffee & delectable snacks accompanied with outstanding friendly service. This little gem deserves all the stars it gets. Love the place!
In hotel quarantine at the Stamford Plaza and they were kind enough to deliver coffee. Called up and the service is exceptional, Derrick is extremely friendly and helpful. Great coffee. Thanks for making my quarantine that much easier.
The service here is outstanding. I am in hotel quarantine and the Bonobo team have figured out a way to deliver coffee to us. When the staff at the hotel didn't deliver the coffee for over an hour, the team at Bonobo offered to remake our coffees at no extra cost, even when the late delivery was not their fault. I will definitely be recommending this place to everyone I know!!! Thanks so much Bonobo for your service and care, it is greatly appreciated!!!
Today I handed in my resume an actually met Derek the founder of this Prestigious cafe that's well known for its particularly fantastic coffee. The barista there was so nice an Derek took the time to come an actually speak to me. Very positive peaceful vibe. Perfect stop off get your coffee. Unlike other coffee shops where your just a number they treat each an every customer with the same attentive service. Hope to hear back but I may not be good enough for this cafe. From aord of mouth from friends that frequent there you get more than what you pay for here an he's bought a the flavours of his home town into the cafe. Great vibe great people. I was so nervous he's but of a barista hero but I'll continue to get my coffee there. Grass Roots. Mel
