Bought milk matcha, their glass popped on the side when I tried to stick straw in. Would never buy tea from this place again. What a waste of money and time

Unbelievable, I gave my order to them and could not have been more clear with myself but they still messed it up and when I asked them to make my order again they said that they would charge me the full price again. I mean it's not my fault you messed it up.

I ordered less sugar matcha latte with my friend who ordered normal sugar and both was the same taste too sweet, bs the Customer service was terrible the lady who works there was looking very angry with customersud83dude41ud83dude41bad experience I don’t recommend this place , this was on 30th of nov around 11
