Amic Pools

A complete waste of time! Had the fellow attend to prepare a quote in NOVEMBER 2020 and was informed he would undertake searches. After 6 chase-ups (numerous calls, emails) was told 3 MONTHS later that it's up to me to undertake the searches before any quote can be provided. You couldn't tell me this 6 calls and 3 months ago? Interesting that other providers can undertake the searches and provide quotes.. What a waste of time. Extremely disappointing!

We have had our pool testing performed at Amic Pools for many years. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and the service is personal and professional. They have a well stocked shop and are good at explaining what to do to keep the pool in great condition. Highly recommend.

Damaged my property and took temp fence down with no notice and my dog escaped while installing the neighbours pool after they had politely asked me to use my property to build the pool and said they would fix up any damage in the process and let me know when fences were to be moved with no gap in-between. but that was a lie. then proceeded to tell me that it was my neighbours responsibility for damages they caused while doing the job. and told me it is in the contract that I never saw or signed. totally unprofessional and his word is worthless. total stand up act! I would steer well clear of this company and if letting them do a job near your property or even in the next street beware as they have no regard for anybody's property or pets.

We recently had a pool completed by Amic - their manner is professional, communication is excellent and we are very happy with the finished product. Would, and have, recommended to others.

5 years now and the pool they installed is still a mess. Floor continually crumbling and the pool shut down for weeks or months at a time while they try to fix their unprofessional job, time and again. One star is a compliment.
