GT Air - Air Conditioning & Electrical

We got GT Air to quote on replacement of our old no longer working ducted air-con system and right from the start Chris was extremely thorough and knowledgable on how we could get the best outcome to cool our large home. Communication was also extremely good and once we had settled on the price which we thought was competitive we booked installation in. Installation went very smooth and by the end of the day we had an extremely good air-con system that made the house ice cold. We will definitely use GT Air in the future for any maintenace or new install that we need.

Excellent service from start to finish Chris explained everything to us and nothing was a problem Tracey was so efficient and friendly and the four tradesmen were great nothing was a problem for them and left the place spotless when finished.Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone wanting to use this business

Rip off = GT AIR Ipswich who replaced every electrical part in the system until the they found a faulty part (last part replaced) $2800 later and refused to put the fully functional parts back in the system and charged for all parts including the non faulty parts. I will never use these rip off merchants again.
