Thank you very much for the beautiful service of your paediatric emergency staff, they did everything possible to help my son when he was experiencing breathing difficulty,they went above and beyond to get him feeling better

It is always busy n u do have to wait in line to see a triage nurse. But they are doing there best. They are extremely helpful n courteous. But can also be very frustrated n even short with u. But that all depends on ur attitude to them. Speak to them nicely n they will speak to u nicely. They have a very stressful job n should be thanked for doing it not abused. U can wait hours to be seen by a doctor n it's not first in first served it depends on the severity of ur medical condition.

Daughter blood clot symptoms waited 4 hours seen no one. What's triage? Don't even deserve one star.
