Like others went here just to find a locked gate 11am on a weekday, would be a nice view if opened up again?
Not a good experience.A Steel gate is padlocked at the bottom of the tower at 3:55pm. I was looking forward to take sunset photo shots but it was a no show. Disappointed.
Has a gate at the bottom of the stairs! Don't see the point in having something like this if it can't be used
