Loved it!!! Googled pretty friendly cafes and The Cake Lady popped up.
Cute 1960's diner feels. Lovely staff and NOT just cake!! Fenced area out the back for dogs, the gate didn't close properly although I'm sure if we asked for assistance then the ladies would have been able to do it for us.
The nachos where fairly simple nachos but the steak sanga was pretty on point. Lovely coffee too.
Went Trail running up Mt Dromedary yesterday and on the way back dropped into New Norfork for a late breakfast. Found the Cake Lady and loved it. Very friendly, and very niche. Loved the collective and art deco decor. If you like retro then the Cake Lady will give you many warm smiles. Highly recommend.
Really nice cakes, good lunch options, vegetarian available. Very good!
