Nearly avoided this place based on other reviews and I’m glad I didn’t. I ordered stuffed chicken wings and bun bo hue and the flavours in both were fresh and absolutely delicious. The broth was so rich and flavoursome. Some of these reviews are ridiculous - flies on utensils and not clean? Get out of your precious bubbles and just enjoy the food! Some of the best Asian food I’ve ever experienced, especially Vietnam was served on the side of the road exposed to everything. The food wasn’t presented nicely? Mate go to Vietnam! It’s not about presentation it’s about taste! If you want presentation to go with it, go pay 10x the price at a fancy “clean” restaurant but I guarantee the quality and taste won’t necessarily be any better! Will definitely order again!

Was told it was great. I didn't find it to be the case. Couldn't get my order to go through online. Wasn't able to have stuffed wings which when trying to order online I could get,but when I went in store I was told no.nTheir fried rice was pretty average. Spring rolls were ok. Wouldn't go there again unless I absolutely had to.

People having issues with online orders? So I went in in person and it was delicious, fast, and server was friendly. Even gave me the dish the way I like it.

These guys are usually good, but tonight we had overcooked chewy wontons and overcooked spring rolls that were burnt on the ends. I don't know why they didn't just throw them out and start again?nnGot the soft bone ragout which I love from here when it's on their specials, but it was a completely different taste with a fresh roll rather than a crunchy warm one?nnNew staff tonight maybe? Disappointed. But usually good.

Customer service can make or break your business.nnThe customer service is very poor. The cashier and possibly the manager is always in a bad mood. No matter what day you walk in lol. I'm not sure whats with your attitude because your food is not exceptional, nothing special.nnTheir portions have gone smaller over time. I asked for extra soup for my PHO due to under portioning and was said they don't do it. I asked to pay extra on which the manager replied $8 extra for the soup for a $12 PHO lol.nnI've decided not to go to place. The service is consistently rude. You guys don't even greet your customer or say thanks when they leave as you're too busy focusing and talking to each other.
