Worse customer service, staff needs serious training... place needs to be audited by Department of health for cleanliness and staff hygiene. absolutely disgusting.

Zero Star...I order Caramel iced ( salted caramel) and after I had some, found a Hair inside. I went to them and they replaced without even say sorry.nThe replacement was bad its like I'm drinking ice with a bit of caramel..ud83dude21ud83dude21ud83dude21

This food outlet has the worst customer service. I purchase from them multiple times a week but have had two really bad experiences, I thought would give them the benefit of the doubt but after the second incident that sealed it for me. The first was I ordered a over priced salad for which I only got four little strips of chicken and when I asked if I could please get more chicken I was told that I would have to pay extra, I said no worries and then asked to order a coffee too and the lady told me to go to the other counter to order because she couldn’t do it so I said fine again, I paid for the food then went to the other side to order my coffee and she came back saying sorry I didn’t charge you for the extra chicken so you need to pay extra for you coffee, once again I said no worries and just did it. The second time I ordered two iced coffees and gave the lady a $50 note to pay for it and she gave me $30 change I asked if coffees were $10 each and she said oh sorry here’s the rest of your change. After making the coffee she filled up the cup and put the lid on and I said are you going to continue to fill it like the other guy does and she she said oh you have to pay extra for that. Extremely disappointed with their service considering I shop there quite often but I keep leaving very unhappy with their service so I will not be returning!
