Not very happy with the overall atmosphere. This place definitely needs better management. The chicken we had ordered had the wrong sauce on it . The water bottles and glasses were not clean as well. Would not recommend it to anyone.

Good speed of service, can be a bit messy during peak hours but you can see staff work very hard.

Ordered take away from here like many times before. Drove 15 minutes home to discover we were missing half the order. Rang the restaurant to ask for a refund. We were offered a refund and voucher. Everything seemed satisfactory until we discovered that the $10 voucher we received can only be used if you spend the same amount (or under). Very disappointed we can’t use the voucher in conjunction with our normal order like any other voucher on the planet.

I’ve eaten here twice now and both times loved the Superfood Avocado Smash burger. I love having these vegan options! The patty tastes freshly made (not just bought in bulk and chucked in a deep frier like some places). My only gripe is the fact I have to go searching for the avocado. It’s called Avocado Smash, so put more than 1/18 of an avocado in it!nThe chips are cooked to perfection but the sweet potato chips are the winner in my eyes. Delectable!nnAs much as I love the food here, it was ruined by the cooks constantly slamming something on the bench in the kitchen area. It happened every couple of minutes and was very jarring! I could see other customers getting irritated by it too.

Reno needed! Place looks run down, a nice Reno will put it back on track. Good for a quick bite. Do not expect highest level of cleanliness and hygiene. Food is very nice when the place is not busy and the staff actually take their time doing your order. Plenty of parking in cockburn shopping center. Nice outdoor setting. restroom is a mess. You cannot call the store directly anymore; applies to all Nandos store. Does not accept reservation. Order at counter for takeaway or dining in
