If you enjoy eating in a family friendly, Kopitiam style space, I suggest you try Singapore Eatz.nThe menu offers a range of authentic dishes, at reasonable Perth prices and portions. You may need to wait for a table, but it's a good sign that it's worth the wait.nI really enjoyed my meal and suggest you give the place a try.

The food here is average and price for it is not horrible. However, I find customer service here was subpar and requires training, which is the main reason for my one star review.nnFirstly, when I when I was given a table and decided what I wanted to order with a friend. I went up to the chatty man at the counter to order. I had to wait for a while for him to finish off a conversation with a customer/friend until I was able to order. This resulted in this man being very distracted from properly operating his job as he seemed lost when he took my order.nnSecondly, I waited patiently for my food with my friend. However, when I was served, they got my order wrong. I personally was happy enough to eat my wrong order considering how busy they were. I find this is an issue as they also got my friend’s order wrong meaning they managed to get both orders incorrect, which I find absurd.nnLastly, my friend felt the urge to speak up about this wrong order to the waitress who was kind and willing enough to take our complaints to the people out back. This chatty cashier came out and had the audacity to threaten us saying out loud that I was wrong, and that they would fix our order, but he was also willing to get CCTV footage of us lying.nnI felt this childish act was very unnecessary and unprofessional from this man at this cashier. I personally didn’t mind the food but the experience here was disgraceful enough that I will not come back here again. Considering this chatty man will not admit to his own incompetence and dare threaten people for his own mistakes. He caused a scene framing us as in the wrong in front of the entire restaurant and made it seem like he was being nice in spite of it. I feel he is very inexperienced in customer service and requires training in this area of supposed expertise.nnEdit 28/5/2021nThere is no need for an investigation as we both know when this genuine, non-recent incident occurred Darren. The food is great value! The waiters are very friendly and polite! Especially the tall Asian boy. I know the owners personally, they are a wonderful couple! Glad to support the local business

Honestly, food is pretty good. I’ve been a returning customer since they first opened.nMy family and I are big supporter of your restaurant. From when they were giving out the buy (can’t remember specifically how many) but something along the lines of buy 10 free 1 meal, right up till now.nnMy biggest complain, is the customer service there. Most times, the gentleman working behind the counter would take our order. Although he can sometimes be a little slow, and out of focus. He is generally pretty friendly and it’s no big deal. However, my biggest complain, and probably a big reason to why my family and I are more reluctant to come back, is one of the other staff, young girl with glasses.nnShe is always extremely rude, and hostile towards patrons. Many occasions, she has “thrown” cutleries on the table, or when serving food she would slam them pretty hard on the table, and would not acknowledge spillage. When asked for sauces, or condiments, we have noticed her roll her eyes, and then throw it on our table. They are a pretty small venue, and employers should definitely take note, that from the dining table, patrons can very visibly see and hear your employees action at the side of your kitchen directly behind your counter and it’s not a very enjoyable experience when your staff treats us this way, or talks about us in a discriminatory manner. We really do not appreciate that. When she first started, the man training her have told us multiple times, she is new. And we have always been very forgiving, as we understand customer service is not the most exciting job. However, it’s been a good couple months, and yet her unappealing attitude serve for a horrible dining experience. Always torn between, going back for the good and reasonable priced food, for the horrible dining experience.

Family of 4 just enjoyed such Fab Singapore food. The staff were really nice, the dishes were great size portions and the taste was spot on!nWe are glad we stumbled upon your restaurant and look forward to returning. Good luck with your new business venture.
