Been ordering for few times and it was great. Picked up a bowl meal and specifically ordered BROWN RICE and LETTUCE. However, I found that there’s no brown rice and lettuce when I’m about to eat. This is very disappointing as the customer service appears to be pay lip service. Also, no bag provided when I pick up, asked for a bag, and I had to place the meal into the bag by myself. Listen, if you don’t feel like working, you can just quit. No one forced you to do so. Perhaps the company should sent their staff to attend some customer service class.

Been eating here for almost a year. Recently the sizes of the enchiladas have definitely shrunk for the mini size. So much so that i started ordering the regular size enchiladas, only to find that they have skimped on the meat filling and loaded the enchiladas with more rice instead. The change to portions and size is also very noticeable in other GYG stores.nnNot sure why GYG chose to compromise the quality of their food for the sake of profit. I definitely wont be back, especially with so many other food options around.

Lovely ambience, great service, food was fresh and tasty. I don't go to any other fast food store, because this is restaurant quality at affordable price!

Overall just ok! Spicy Burrito with chicken is not spicy and chicken (where is the chicken) small amount of meat! Quick and easy service but food Was blend, need a kick!
