I walked into an extremely busy store, as soon as I walked in there was a sales assistant serving another customer nearby the front door, as soon as she saw me she said hello with a smile and said it wouldn't be too long until one of the team would assist me.nnI was more than happy to just look around as I was just browsing. It was very busy and as I was wandering around another girl came upto me with a smile and apologised for it being so busy and said she hoped I hadn't waited too long and asked if I would like some help. She also explained that there was an extra offer with the sale, where I would save more money for additional purchases and said she could show me what was on sale, I actually ended up buying more than I thought I would! (have some presents for others too!).nnThe warmth and customer service was phenomenal, despite it being so busy and clearly the staff were doing their best to help everyone.nnHowever, I was so saddened to witness another customer, who was being extremely inappropriate and blatantly rude, borderline abusive to one of the women working in this store. I'm very sorry that anyone would have to deal with such a person, let alone when it was so busy. The woman handling that customer was so poised and calm, professional and clearly doing her best. I don't usually write reviews but I think it's important to commend the exceptional level of customer service I received and what I saw... how the staff were treated horribly by another customer. You have a very strong and great team here and I will definitely be back as they are such a lovely bunch of women! They deserve to be commended and I hope they have no more rude customers! I have to agree with the many other reviewers here - the customer service was extremely poor. I was there for Christmas shopping but basically whatever assistance I needed, I got declined. A staff just told me coldly that she was serving another customer then turned around; another was not occupied but not coming to help. More problematic was that the information that the staff gave me was incorrect - they told me all watches were displayed in the same area while I then found several scattered in other display cupboards. I asked about an item I saw online coming with a different price in the shop - they told me it was because of the colour but that was not true and they were too lazy to double-check for me (or at least let me finished my questions / showing them the item I was looking for from the official website). The most unpleasant thing was that I came into the shop with my Black male friend, and he got a lot of unfriendly looks to an uncomfortable extent that he had to escape the shop leaving me shopping alone. He kept being asked ‘how could I help you’ - a signal showing him that he shouldn’t be there.

The staffs there are not nice always. Every time when I walked in, no one would introduce their products or even asked me if I needed help. It makes me feel so awlful and have to go to Marion to purchase.

If you did not happy to work, STAY HOME please. We come to pay your service and please treat the customer more politely and happy as always. We paid for the good and service so we come to buy in store. For those lady work in store at 4pm on Queen Birthday 8th June 2020, I will never back to buy anything in this store. We bought one things in this store and try to see others but you are so rude and need to be more respectful with customer.Also if you thought Asian people like us not supposed to be fair treat like Aussie, you are losing your customer. I saw 2 other Korean people was not keen to buy the stuff while the staff keep asking them “you have to be quick” or “do you really like to buy”! In the meantime, there are a Aussie couple spent half an hours in store for nothing and be treat very welcome ud83eudd2cud83dude21
