I dropped into Mazzucchelli's Rundle Mall on 7/12/2020 with the intention of buying an upmarket watch. After spending a considerable amount of time with Sue (looking at watches and brochures) I found a watch that I was interested in. Sue took my phone number etc and advised me that she would contact the supplier re the availability of the watch and would ring me the following day. To date (4/01/21) I have not heard from her. Very poor service. I am now looking elsewhere.
Absolutely terrible customer service and warranty! I purchased a faulty $6000 Tag watch from Mazzucchelli's, it stopped working after 2 weeks!nIts been in for repair more than I have actually had the watch for the past year!! And they will still not exchange or refund...…nBe aware! Once they have your money they don't want to know you!nI would give them a zero star rating if I could

bought Tag heuer extension links 2 months and i still havent receieved them. I called tag heuer and they got me the links within a day. mazzuchelis are the worst
