Main North Renault

Just brilliant. I was chasing a particular Koleos and Dion Jones went above and beyond to track it down for me. Never was I pressured to do anything. Dion provided me with all the info I needed and then sorted everything out for me. Can't recommend Main North Renault highly enough. It has been the most pleasant car purchase my wife and I have ever made. Thank you to all who helped out.

I have just bought a Renault Koleos. I found the staff at Main North Renault to be excellent. Jaye Leraye was the first sales person I spoke to. When I returned some 3 weeks later he was there to greet me again, remembering my previous inquiries. He was extremely professional, patient and I found him to be honest and transparent. His knowledge of the Koleos was exceptional. I was left with no hesitation about the car or model that was the best purchase for me. Thank you to Jaye and the team. It was a great car buying experience. I am super happy and impressed with the vehicle!

Bad service really bad customer service it is wasted time dealing with this unprofessional company! Big difference when you buying the car once you bought it that’s all they need from you, after sale customer service is joke! Be honest not going to dealing with your company for the rest of my life...and give you one star because can get less than this...you guys acting like scammers

Unfortunately an average first experience with Main North Renault service.nn3 days and 120kms into owning our new Renault it broke down and had to be towed, after Renault assistance came out and could not diagnose the issue which was a big disappointment for us.nnThe car was dropped off at main north renault first thing morning and I tried calling to follow up and get an idea of what the issue was and how long it would take to rectify. It took about 4 goes to get through to a person who said they would look into it and give me a call back.nnI didn't hear back and had to call back several more times to get back to someone again who at least recorded my details but didnt provide any information on the status of the vehicle and said they might be able to start looking at it the next day.nnI followed up again the next day several times with the same result (not getting through) and got through to someone who said they would get back to me straight away.nnWe eventually got an automated text saying the car was ready to pickup towards the end of the day on Friday which didn't give us enough time to get to the dealer before the closed meaning we had to pickup on Monday.
