Bought from DB Motors in May 2020, and had an opportunity to trade in my old Merc but absolutely love my new Mercedes Benz B200. Great on $$$$$ and service.nn2021, Had my car service in January and brakes done last week which was great on price and quality. Also they detailed the car, polished it on both occasions, free of charge in which I have never had this experience before with previous vehicles and other mechanics.nnFantastic customer service experience as the staff really look after you and your vehicle as this is what Ben the Operations Manager did.nnIf we buy another Mercedes, we definitely will buy again from DB Motors and would recommend others to buy from here. You will not regret the sale or quality service you will receive.

Booked my ML350 in for a service and requested a loan car.nUnfortunately there was a mix up somewhere and a loan car was not available for me on the day I dropped off my vehicle.nBen was excellent, very apologetic, he ordered an Uber right away so I could still get to work and offered a slight discount on the service due to the inconvenience.nnThe customer service and workmanship is great. I will definitely bring my car back for future services.

Had the engine lightcome on in my ML250 and car went into limp mode. Couldn't get the car seen at Mercedes Adelaide for over a month. Called Ben and the team at DB Motors. They were very accomodating and got me in the next day. Scanned the engine for codes while I waited. Found the problem and fixed it that day. Great service, great team!!!

A modern showroom showcases these cars with a service department behind. Friendly attentive staff. When other car yards are closing down, they survive.
