Krause Motors Group

I purchased a private Mercedes clk500 from one DB / Krause Motors' customers, and had to contact them regarding the logbook not being stamped for a major recent service (it was only missed for some innocent reason). I wanted this done to maintain the vehicle service history records. So, I called and spoke to Tim who was friendly, and very accommodating to my needs / any questions I had. When I arrived the following day, the friendly, cheerful lady who greeted me was awesome; she was already expecting me, had a copy of the service paperwork ready for me (in case I needed it), and attended to stamping my book etc. immediately!! Furthermore I had a query about my drivers' seat switch/headrest operation which she (sorry - I didn't catch her name), promptly organized a mechanic to come out and fix for me (it was just user error!) The mechanic even went to the effort of going and thoroughly washing his hands before attending to my vehicle. This is what you call PROFESSIONAL SERVICE ! I cannot thank these guys enough, and wish I had someone like them close to where I live... They did all of this for me with a smile, even though there was nothing in it financially for them. Good luck finding that these days! As a side note - their professional service/expertise comes at great value compared to other Euro independent shops I have spoken/compared to... VERY IMPRESSIVE, & HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Driving a European car, I wanted to make sure I had a mechanical service I could trust.
