Nice walk from our hotel, yummy coffee but experience was dampened by grumpy/not overly friendly staff. Asked if they had syrup for the coffee and the barista snapped back that they didn’t, which is fair enough, but I was left standing there a little embarrassed. I then asked for sugar with my coffee instead and they never brought it out. Thankfully my custard croissant was delicious...
Usually stop past on a Friday to get one of the best coffees you can get in Adelaide. Delicious sandwiches, homemade cakes and sweets, a really lovely vibe. We usually get another coffee to take away on our way home because it’s absolutely fantastic. Dogs encouraged!
The chai was way too average for the high price tag (my drink had grit at the bottom) and staff weren’t very friendly. We didn’t feel welcome there at all. Would not recommend. There’s plenty of other coffee shops that give you more value for your money and will give you a lovely experience
Honestly I wanted to love it but the wait was just frustrating. Waited at least 10min to order, then 27min for one take away coffee.nnWhilst I was waiting I watched a customer come back with a bag of two cookies, one which he didn’t order. The worker took the cookie out of the customers take away bag and put it back in the display! This is not acceptable.
Love the food, the coffee, the people and the space. The backyard is great for families!
