Hungry Jack's Burgers Smithfield (SA)

Chips were good, gave me the wrong burger though. (1 year ago)nnEdit: in the last 3 orders, they've gotten 2 of them wrong. Most recently, I said exactly what I wanted twice, and they still couldn't get it right. Very frustrated.

Staff was awesome. Especially the lad named Spencer. Great food, & great service

Hungry Jacks staff occassionally sneak other items on your items so I do not recommend the use of paywave. Keep check of your receipts.nIf you're a delivery guy, you'll get your food straight away since it has been sitting on the front counter for at least 15 minutes before you rock up. Sorry delivery customers, your hot food will be cold, and your cold food will have melted by the time it is in your hands.nFor those dining in or taking away from within the store, unfortunately you'll have to wait behind the counter, as delivery orders rock up one after the other, when there are few drivers to be found.nYet to check the quality of the food, but I am not expecting much given the poor customer service and staff priorities.nnI'm quite disappointed really, they used to be relatively good.

It’s my personal experience I went to hungry jacks last time. I was unsurprisingly can’t think the customer service was bad. She was serving the food as animal and ignoring me like I my not customer.

Honestly People Please Please Don't go to Smithfield or Playford hungry jacks Save yourself the pain and disappointment and your precious valuable time because let me tell you last night we went to Smithfield hungry jacks ONLY to have to return to get them to give us what we actually ordered and the cook couldn't get the order right it took him 6 attempts to finally figure it out that we didn't want cheese on the burgers and this took OVER ONE HOUR AND 30 MINUTES. So please DO YOURSELF AND SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY and go to a nicer place HUNGRY JACKS DOES NOT DESERVE OUR MONEY OR OUR TIME..
