The quality is reasonable here. The chips often are just warm and not hot. Food here usually is the same. A few times the coffee has been disappointing, they often forget sugar syrup or add too much. Some staff are great, others are rude. Overall it's not a bad place.nnIt's best to come here at a quiet time of day.
Went to get the new chocolate soft serve only to be told they don't have it any more. When confronted about the last two customers before us walk out with chocolate soft serves, was told it has now gone runny. More interested in serving the young people and Uber/delivery drivers than us. I had to go and ask where our order was after waiting over ten minutes for three soft serves.
Would give the place zero stars. Gave up eating Maccas, however, on hot summer's night a cool drink is nice, or a coffee during winter. Yet this hole can still not get it right. 20 minute wait for a coffee. 10 minutes for a coke. How the hell is the place still trading and drawing in customers.

Waited 20 minutes in store for a happy meal for my son, all the bins in the store were full, some over flowing the soap dispenser in the men's toilet had been removed only the wall bracket remained and no napkins were provided with the meal. Additional the SA Health QR code sign in was only on the side door which no one uses as only a handful of car parks are on that side, with the primary entrance having no QR code in place. The service and presentation of the store was aweful. I wouldn't recommend the store to anyone wanting a quick or clean meal.
