Pizza Hut Kippax

We have been loyal to the Pizza Hut at Kippax for many years. Tonight was the last straw. We have endured and been patient with ongoing issues like, failed delivery due to lost order, incomplete pizza toppings, extreme delays in delivery and overcharged. Tonight , we waited and waited and waited for someone to pick up (22mins) and in that time we were able to place an order through a competitor. Now we understand a couple of slip ups but this is ridiculous. We will use other businesses in the future.

Did an online Order to ensure my order was correct. Over an hour later one of our pizzas was delivered wrong which my wife has allergies, so I had to call to get this replaced (annoying but ok mistakes happen). Unable to get through after trying multiple times, after 20mins I decide to drive to the store to find they are just standing around and hadn't even tryed to return my 10+ calls.nDO NOT OFFER A DELIVERY SERVICE IF YOU CAN NOT MAKE WHAT PEOPLE ORDER AND THEN MAKE THEM DRIVE TO THE STORE TO ACTUALLY GET IT FIXED. Looks like dominos is back to our new pizza local.

This is the third time we have ordered from kippax and the 3rd time it's late I ordered at 4pm to arrive at 6pm still currently waiting lines are busy the poor staff are over worked and underpayed everytime we have had food delivered its 45 to and hour and a half late the staff are apologetic and understand the frustration, not happy kippax will not be using this store again to the hard working staff its best to be where your appreciated and the management to have the flexibility to hire more drivers

Went to get some pizza and it’s my first time to Pizza Hut. I wanted to order 2 large, ended up choosing the meal option, but when I went outside, I saw that there is promotion of 2 large pizza pay for 1 on Tuesday. I am disappointed that the staff inside did not even bother to suggest me a better deal when there is one available. I won’t go back again, bad customer service.

Great Food and All, but the waiting time is ridiculous. Other day, we waited an hour past it's due time. You call the restaurant and you get no answer. They need more staff designated to each station.
