Bought hot water unit from them. They were all great when selling me the product, but after multiple issues over years (costing me heaps) for them to come out a repair it, they suddenly don't want anything to do with me. Owner is a real rude person as well. They are just in it to pump out as many sales as possible, their after sales service is terrible. Don't ever buy from these people.

Rang Platinum for an electrical fault, had an electrician onsite in about an hour. Found the problem quickly, old fridges on the patio, fixed it up and got us going again. Great service, very happy. Thank you
