11 May 18, Mother's day weekend - The standard of the initial item sent was not as I had expected from this florist... I do however, give BLOOMS AND PAETALS, a (5) star rating due to the resolution immediately undertaken by the owner of the business once they found out about my dis-satisfaction with their product. A prompt phone call was received by me from the owner who apologised and put plans in place for a replacement arrangement to be delivered on the same day at no extra cost to me. The second arrangement was spot on. I recommend the use of this florist and will be using them again in the future myself. High level of professionalism shown.

Kathleen is such a lovely lady who makes beautiful floral arrangements just like her personality. We were very pleased with all our flowers.
