Truly first class -- even the packing is gorgeous! The flowers were extremely fresh and exactly as pictured online. Our recipient was thrilled. We ordered from overseas and using the website was simple and fast. We received a prompt, personal email from Carolyn and she ensured our order was delivered when we wanted it to be. My floral arrangement has not quite yet been delivered but the service I received was so exceptional I wanted to share it. After calling up for a small bouquet to be delivered to a friend in quarantine, the lovely Caroline from Maison Fleur had sorted for me the perfect flowering plant (having explained other guests at the hotel had mentioned there was no vase available) and also offered to pick up a small cake I had ordered next door at the bakery. So Kind, easily could have sold me on a box of chocolates the florist had on offer but recommended the bakery. Great Service, considerate and caring. Thanks Caroline. The bouquet was beautiful, and the service was terrific. I ordered my bridal bouquet a fortnight before the wedding, and all of my expectations were met and exceeded. I requested a small arrangement of dark red, pink and white flowers that I would collect on the day. The florist put together a perfectly balanced arrangement with a variety of flowers that had a messy by well-structured look. I could not have asked for better, thank you again.
