Carina Florist

Extremely poor customer service. Walked in to order a bouquet of flowers, asking the lady what flowers would look nice together or to give some suggestions or even price range of flowers. (I do not have any knowledge of flowers so walking in was intimidating itself). Expecting the florist to give me suggestions as to what flowers would work or even talk about the price range, she did not give me the time of day and told me to go pick some out myself. Shocked and confused in the lack of help, I walked out.

Carina Florist were exceptional, when after ages online I simply phoned them for help in deciding on a gift for our sister. Can't recall a name but the lady went out of her way to give me options and explain what was available. I phoned them this morning to say thanks after the young woman I spoke to arranged to have it delivered early next this morning perfectly as requested. A gorgeous flowering peace lily so beautifully presented. A very grateful thank you to the lovely ladies at Carina Florist, your service was beyond reproach.

Came in off the Street No Warning asked for a bouquet of Australian flowers and got the perfect Bunch it's quick easy and it looks lovely
