Chatswood Hills Florist at Springwood

My partner recently bought me a bouquet of flowers for our anniversary. They were beautiful however a bit withered. I phoned the following day and spoke with Kristy, just to give some feedback, she was very understanding and apologetic. That afternoon they personally delivered another bouquet - so fresh and beautiful! Thank you for the exceptional customer service, we will be returning. :)

As soon as you walk into this florist you are greeted with a beautiful aroma of fresh flowers and the perfume abounds . What is even more amazing is the old fashioned friendly country service you get from the owner and staff . The store is beautifully decorated with a rustic country ambience mixed with modern and artistic design which is heavily reflected in the design and presentation of the flowers the owner and her staff design . I had previously purchased flowers elsewhere but they did not come up to the standard of Chatswood Hills Florist . This is an exceptional florist. Kristy always goes above and beyond when my brides want crazy cake flower combos at crazy times. The flowers are stunning and last so long. Don’t buy your flowers anywhere else!!

I have found my florist! Prior I've been to a few florists today, only to walk away empty handed as i was either not impressed with their products or with their services. Perhaps the latter was due to my sloppy appearance. But I felt so welcomed here. Thank you not only for the beautiful flowers but also for your attentive warmth & friendliness
