Terrible, beyond belief. As a local building company we all struggle with GPGM10 (all locations) They are often out of stock, incredibly overpriced and staff that seem completely lost and out of their depth. I have experienced lost orders for timber, short shipments, late deliveries and never an apology but just attitude from the trade staff. (one gentlemen in particular). Items that don't scan (often), computers crashing and customers all standing around getting frustrated with staff, ( or lack of ) We have since moved our larger orders to Agnew Building Supplies.. Much cheaper, Free Deliveries and Happy Staff! Sorry GPGM10 we will not be back.nI can assure you that my experience with GPGM10 is not limited to just our company. .

Received a wood delivery today. Excellent service from the driver, Guy - he couldn’t have been more helpful. Totally impressed with the way he negotiated my awkward driveway which was further obstructed by a mulch pile. Very happy.
