The staff need better people skills Meg she very rudely continuously speaks over you and doesn't listen to what you have to say. The first girl hung up on me.Jason told me it was all sorted (it was not) Nathan said he would have to check with his boss.very unsatisfactory service.

The staff are very helpful and genuine. They'll always go out of their way to help out.nThere's a good range of products.nThey could definitly improve the nursery area, it always looks a bit sad.nAlso need to keep products stocked up in a more timely manner, often they are out of stock of certain products for a long period of time.
