Spent the day at Australia zoo with my partner while on holiday and it was one of the best days!
We did the tortoise and giraffe experience, would highly recommend. Such special moments being about to touch a 60 year old tortoise and feed the giraffes.
Every single staff member was absolutely beautiful! and you could tell how much they valued their job and animals.
The whole Zoo had a very special feeling and was very much dedicated to Steve Irwin.
You will definitely need the WHOLE day to see it all. So get there when it opens. The park is beautifully kept. A great day for the young and old.
Had a wonderful day. Excellent enclosures. Well maintained and very passionate zookeepers. Great education opportunities. Even had decent gluten free food options. A perfect day out for the family. A must see on the Sunshine Coast!
Haven't been for quite a few years but have fond memories. All i can say is wow! Every single staff member was a pleasure to deal with! Super polite, friendly and professional! The park looks amazing! Fantastic experience and it won't be any where near as long until we come back. Thanks for a great day guys! 👍
We love coming here. We’re lucky to live close by so we get season passes and can come quite a lot. The wildlife hospital does great work and I’m happy to support their work. It’s a good active day out as there will be a lot of walking, so make sore to bring sunscreen, a hat, and plenty of water. We tend to bring our own food to avoid the cafe at lunchtime.
Excellent for a family day out, ample parking spaces, make sure you take comfortable footwear as it's a mighty big place to be trekking around. Also thoughtful placing little souvenir stands around the place. Pity though some animals weren't there to be seen, but otherwise was a great day out!
