WhiteWater World

Love white water world! The only down side at the moment is that lots of rides are closed - though it doesn’t matter to us (we just relax at wiggle bay) I know it bothers others especially if they only purchase a day pass. Having said that, as locals, this is great for a day out with little one to cool off from the heat.

Fantastic day out! We were there twice and 3 days and can not fault WWW. There were staff everywhere and all friendly, helpful and focused on their job. My nephew was playing on one side on the kids area and tripped going up the stairs to go on a slide, he only had scratches and a little bruise but the 2 staff were straight into it and they were amazing, so friendly and caring. They are very obviously well trained. My nephew (6yrs) was in good hands. Thank you for making our visit so amazing and we can't wait to go back again, and again, very soon.

Went to WhiteWater World with my eldest son and had a blast. Loved the super tubes hydrocoaster ride, one of the best water rides ever, also really enjoyed the little rippers slide. The thing that really stands out though to me is how awesome the staff are that were on. They really did an amazing job, all of the staff I interacted with had exceptional customer service.

Unfortunately, most likely due to legal issues ongoing at dreamworld, white water world has a number of rides that are in active at the moment. Also, many of the rides are looking tired, requiring work, as well as lines being exceptionally long due to unknown reasons. When you park with a seven and nine-year-old fortunately, long lines are not something that is conducive to a good time at the park. Your painful ticket entry into this park I would not recommend it as meaning of the rides are old and not working or closed.

We used our annual passes to spend a week at White Water World and Dreamworld. Excellent value for money. Four children aged between 10 and 14. We all had a ball. Staff are super friendly. The park is clean. Highly recommend.
