Bunnings Mount Isa

Interstate exchanges accepted. So impressed that store was very happy to accept 7 day tool i bought with receipt in Sydney. Then could exchange, with difference paid back in cash. What the lacks in size makes up in customer service. Thanks for saving me $25

The staff (a blonde and young girl)on Online order counter has a terrible manner. I thought I was the only one who had horrible experience with Bunnings Mount Isa. I asked my friends in town and they all told that in general lots of staff members are rude and unhelpful and try as little as possible to assist customers and obviously the management team in Bunnings Mount Isa don’t care customers service or don’t even try to improve the customers experience. I would like to mention the positive experience we had was with a man called Collin (not sure about spelling of his name, grey long hair, middle age) in the outdoor garden plants area. He is polite, helpful and professional and always prioritize customers’ needs. We just wish we could have more Collins who work in Mount Isa. Hopefully, this review will help Bunnings in Mount Isa management team to understand what their customers experience and eventually make it better.

The lady at click and collect really was exceptional today. I purchased a mower that wasn't actually available when I went in. The lady was able to refund the purchase and I was able to get another mower to equal value. Top service.

Service was quite good, products and availability poor is to be more than fare. I have been a member for a couple of years and have spent a decent amount. To come to this reagine with the store and product line reminds me of many third world countries.

Shout out to the team at Mt Isa Bunnings (Tracey and Colin) for helping us get our hands on some worms for our playgroup's worm farm, and going above and beyond. The children at our playgroup loved the worms, and we are really grateful for your generosity.
